We’re confident that you will be satisfied with our products. We have been in business for over 14 years. We’re crew – we know the yachts – we’ve been there. Mike is a Captain for over 20 years, Jodi worked as a stew and on the deck for over 9 years before stepping off to have a family and start FendElegance.

These covers are the best in the industry. How do we know this? We’ve been told by hundreds of captains, crew and owners that they will ONLY use FendElegance Fender Covers. 

You’ll also hear that they are an investment initially and then you sit back and use them season after season, while the others have to buy new covers every few months. 

One of our dealers personally guaranteed that you will love these and if you didn’t, he would buy them back from you. He never had to do that.

NO! They are UV stable and DO NOT FADE. The fabric we produce the covers with does not fade, it is color-fast and UV-Resistant. The covers maintain their color and look great for many seasons! Call us and order so you can experience them yourself. Or ask any yacht crew that have them on board, and you’ll hear it first hand.

No! They DO NOT STRETCH! They are made out of a material that is non-woven. ‘FENDElegance’ Fender Covers has a plush, non-linear appearance with exceptional strength, durability and softness.  They will not sag or bag. They will not turn ‘green’ and look horrible. 

FendElegance Fender Covers have a durability that lasts more than one season. The harsh elements of the salty sea and air, along with the sunlight have damaging affects on the materials used by other covers. We have found a material that withstands these elements. It has a high resistance to UV damage, stains, mold, mildew, gas, oil and salt.

They will withstand many seasons when taken care of under normal conditions. Heavy docking situations (ST. Thomas, or other concrete piers) will harm any fender cover. Pay attention to where they are hanging and watch for wear marks from docks or tight lines against the fabric. 

They are easy to clean during regular wash downs. They can also be vacuumed. Once in a while you can put them in the washing machine and hang them out to dry. They do not retain water, so they dry very fast. (Make sure and ask the stews first!) DO NOT DRY in the dryer.

We can Customized to fit any fender size or dimensions. It doesn’t matter where you are docked, we can make a cover to fit via email using our Dimensions Form and photos.

If you can dream it, we can probably make it! We are open to any ideas. We have an entire R&D studio ready and standing by.

Any of our products can be made in almost any size. If you would like a Cable Sling in 30 foot lengths, we can do that. If you would like a Flag Pole cover, we can do that. Just ask.

We have a CUSTOM DIMENSIONS FORM for any cover sizes that we have not made yet. We request taking measurements and photos while you are measuring, so we can make patterns. Our fabric doesn’t stretch, so we have to work together to ensure a good fit = satisfied customer!

Products are under warranty for any manufacturer defect within the first 6 (six) months of use.

  • Defect of a seam giving way and opening up.
  • Velcro damaged
  • Zipper defective

Normal wear and tear; also including docking conditions that are beyond our control are not included in the warranty of the products.

We pride our products in producing products that last far longer that the average fender covers out there including Neoprene and the Terry covers. They will not fade or stretch and look baggy. The will last under the harsh salty sea and UV light that the yachting industry serves in. We will do our best to ensure using the highest quality component pieces in all of our manufacturing processes; including UV stable thread, heavy duty zippers and fabrics that are UV stable, etc.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us regarding where to make the exchange; we will give you the location of the dealer or arrange shipping to your location. Call us with any questions: 954-802-1189 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must ideally be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please CONTACT US via email or phone prior to sending your purchase back to the manufacturer or dealer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or restocking fees apply:

  • Product was received and it didn’t fit properly.
  • Mistakenly purchased the incorrect color or size.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@fendelegance.com.

Please contact us regarding a return item prior to shipping it to us. We have dealers that can usually handle a return/exchange.

To return your product, you should ship your product to our production facility via UPS with tracking : 1767 12th Street, Hood River, OR 97031.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
